My flash player isn't working

I'm using Google Chrome and graphs won't load on my school's website. I have everything turned on and I used to get asked if I wanted to run Adobe and it still didn't work.

My system info:

OS: Windows 10 Home Version 1703

My web browser is Google Chrome version 61.0.3163.100

Adobe Version 27.0.0.183
