My flash videos cannot be viewed on my website on phones or tablets. I think it might only be Android not sure if it happens on apple. Does anyone know a fix?

Flash Player isn't supported on iOS or Android. 

There are plenty of services out there that will address the complexity in the market by convert your video and serving up the best source for the particular client that's visiting your site.

I'm not officially recommending anyone, but a couple vendors that might be interesting off the top of my head:

There are plenty of others out there, and a cursory google search should turn them up.
