My flashplayer not working on music download streaming site

HI adobe support,My flash player is not working on any of Mp3 songs Download site & Audio video streaming site such as [link removed].always its crashed after playing 10 to 20 seconds.i am using firefox on windows 7 PC. So can you please help me out SaveSave
