I follow all the instructions on your pages about this trouble and I'm still have troubles.

OS= windows 7 64 bits

IE8, the one I was using and I have the trouble was the 32 bits version.

also I have read a couple of post about this and I checked

at this point, I don't know what to do

I'm working in the administrator profile.

I tryed to follow again all the instructions on the page and seems to be I don't have any flash player install.

the DLM is the Programs List to Uninstall

About the directories where I could find a flash folder are:

c://windows/system32/macromed/flash

and

c://windows/syswow64/macromed/flash

reading a post I got confuse, what folder should be checking and how to solve the trouble?

I hope you can help me.

    You get that message because of some registry permission problems.

    Follow the instructions (carefully) in this article to resolve the problem: http://kb2.adobe.com/cps/494/cpsid_49419.html

    There is a problem with the solution you said me, the SubInACL is sugested to download on the page you gave me it may not work on windows 7, because is not included on the list, nor is windows vista. As far as I know these interfaces of windows have differences with XP which is part of the list. So could you answer me with a solution that really works on windows 7.
