my userplane av web messenger wont load keeps saying connecting

Projectman: if you're the publisher, please email us at support[at]userplane[dot]com.  Our support team will help you resolve the connection issue.

If you're an end user on a site using Userplane for chat, chances are the publisher's account has temporarily expired, or they are a free account with us, in which case they are only allowed a certain number of active conversations.
