My website(packers and movers bangalore) running flash problem

Hi, Sir  flash player did not run on my website [moderator: link removed, self-promoting websites is not allowed, additionally, embedded YouTube videos were HTML5 videos, not Flash videos] when I was open my site showing please allow flash player but I have already inbuilt my pc what is the main problem any can help m, please.
