Name und Kennwort zum Aktivieren des neuesten Flash Players - wie komme ich an die korrekten Angaben?

Hi,ich will ein Video anklicken, aber es kommt die Meldung blockiertes Plug-in. Plus die Aufforderung, die jüngste Version des Flash Players herunterzuladen. Habe ein MacBook Pro.....Nach mehreren Klicks komme ich zu einem Fenster, das mich nach "Name" und "Kennwort" fragt.Beides ist mir aber nicht bekannt - ich habe nur eine Adobe-ID, aber diese Angaben soll ja wohl nicht eintragen (funktioniert auch nicht)Wie komme ich nun nan ein neues Kennwort und Namen?Danke für Rat
