The "download" of the flash player will not accept my computer password or Apple password?

I must have had a password for the player but can't remember. How do I obtain a new one?

Thank you!

This is the OS prompting for the username and password, not Flash Player. Please see What userid & password do I need to install Flash Player? for assistance.
