Não foi possivel carregar plugin

Question

Já fiz de tudo. desinstalei o flash player. instalei novamente.

Já desinstalei o google chrome. já atualizei o google chrome e nada.

Em gerenciador do flash player aparece assim:

versão do activex: não instalado

versão do plugin npapi: não instalado

versãodo plugin ppapi: 23.0.0.162

Please try the following:Launch Chromenavigate to chrome://pluginsclick the +Details link in the upper right to display plugin details (if it isn't already selected)Locate the Adobe Flash Player entryObtain the Location path that Chrome is using for the Flash Player pluginClose ChromeLaunch Windows Explorer and navigate to the location in step 5Is the pepflashplayer.dll file listed?If not, delete the directory the pepflashplayer.dll file is supposed to be in (this will be ~/PepperFlash/VersionNumber)Launch Chrome and navigate to Flash contentDoes Flash content display?
