Не работает Adobe Flash Player

Версия операционной системы: Windows 7Веб-браузер и версия: Opera 54.0Версия Flash Player: 30.0.0.113Объясните свою проблему поэтапно, если возможно: Не воспроизводятся видео на всех сайтах. Звук есть, полоса времени есть, а на экране лишь застывшее изображение первого кадра видеоролика. Также висит "Плагин заблокирован", что бы я с этой ошибкой не делал.Прямая ссылка на веб-страницу, которая демонстрирует проблему: все сайты, использующие Adobe Flash Player.Если вы получаете сообщения об ошибках, предоставьте скриншот:

The plugin blocked error is from the browser, not Flash Player. Essentially, the browser controls what plugins to load based on the content. Opera, like Chrome, blocks Flash by default, forcing users to enable it. See the following for assistance:
