Need a download of Flash and Reader that I can use multiple times

Question

I have downloaded and saved flash and reader but after the launch it deletes itself. I have read on here that it is designed that way but I am looking for a download that can be kept after the launch. Any help is much appreciated.

Yeah, the installers delete themselves.
