Here's the original announcement from 2017, which links to the browser roadmaps from all the major browser vendors. Flash Player is EOL, and all of the major browser vendors are dropping support entirely for browser plug-ins.

The Enterprise Enablement feature provides options for accessing content on an Intranet; however, keep in mind that browser support is also going away soon. You'd need a plan for using both Flash Player and an old browser that can run it.

I'm pretty sure that versions of AMS from the last couple years allow you to stream in web-native formats that don't require Flash. Experts in that community can probably give you some good migration guidance.
