Need Adobe Flash Player as a Universal Windows Platform (UWP) app

1. While the desktop/laptop version of Microsoft's Edge browser has Adobe Flash Player integrated, no such integration is available for the Windows 10 mobile device Edge browser (Windows 10 phone).
2. Windows 10 Phone has two settings for the Microsoft Edge browser:  Mobile mode and Desktop mode.  When in the "desktop" mode, the Windows 10 Phone Edge browser performs exactly as the Windows 10 desktop/laptop Edge browser, except in cases where a web page requires Adobe Flash Player to access the webpage’s content.  If the web page requires Adobe Flash Player, it will state that the Edge browser needs Adobe Flash Player activated, and provides the following link to this Adobe web page:  Adobe Flash Player issues with Windows 10 (Microsoft Edge) .   But after clicking on this link, there doesn’t appear to be an Adobe Flash Player available for the Windows 10 Phone Edge browser in “desktop” mode.
3. The solution needed:  Make Adobe Flash Player available as a Universal Windows Platform (UWP) app, so it will integrate with Microsoft Edge browsers on all Windows 10  devices, including the Windows10 Phone Edge browser in "desktop" mode.  I am not an app developer; I’m just an ordinary app user.  But if I understand correctly what I’ve read online about UWP, a UWP app works across multiple Windows 10 devices regardless of processor architecture.  So, it seems to me that by converting the Adobe Flash Player desktop/laptop app to a UWP app, Adobe Flash Player would integrate with any Microsoft Edge browser, regardless the Windows 10 device.  
4. So, I am asking Adobe to PLEASE convert the existing Adobe Flash Player Windows desktop/laptop app to a Universal Windows Platform (UWP) app.  Microsoft appears to have software development tools and documentation available to facilitate this conversion:
