Need "direct link"

Where are direct links? I click on "direct links" and it goes nowhere. All web addresses for direct links in forum are expired pages. Running Windows 7, IE, 32 bit.

Thanks, but how??? When I click on the link you sent it takes me back to the Installation Problems page, and when I click on "direct links" it takes me nowhere.
