need flash help

Question

We have a couple things that need Flash in order to do them; however, even though flash is on our computer those couple things  'claims' it isn't or needs 'turned on'.  We have done everything it has said to do, even redownloaded flash...still does not work.  What to do.  Tests are being missed.  We have Chrome (latest version, I believe), Win10 OS...need help ASAP.  Thanks.

Chrome disables Flash by default. Please see the Google help doc Use or fix Flash audio & video - Computer - Google Chrome Help for assistance. If you continue to experience issues, and do not receive an error when installing Flash Player (indicating a successful installation), please contact Google support as it would be their browser preventing the plugin from loading.
