Need Flash .msi files

Hi,

I applied for a distribution license for the Flash .msi files, I think i applied about a month or longer ago but haven't heard anything back from them, applied again like a day after the first apply also and nothing. 

We have around 600 computers here in which more and more are needing updated flash to run some stuff online.  Would make things a lot easier for use if we could have access to the flash .msi files for all the current flashes for chrome, IE and firefox.  I can assure Adobe that we are a legit school system that needs the flash .msi files and will do anything to prove it.
