I'M disabled and am having a very, very bad time with these Adobe products, even if they are free.I downloaded the ADOBE READER X ,no. 11 ,and the ADOBE FLASH PLAYER ,no. 11, and ADOBE AIR.But in my E-MAILS I have a video clip I received.I click to watch the video and the first thing that pops up ,is that I need an ADOBE FLASH PLAYER. Everytime I turn around on INTERNET EXPLORER 9 and FIREFOX ,I get the message to get something that I already have. Is there something else that has to added to my WINDOWS VISTA to get it working.

It looks like someone has moved your post to the Flash Player forum.

Could you please give us the exact message you are getting?

Also, is your Vista 32-bit or 64-bit?

    Hi, Valquist,

Unfortunately there won't be someone who can answer your question on this forum as we focus only on the Adobe Community Help application.

I recommend the Flash Player user forum.  There are community experts there who can help with your problem.

    You can find it at:

    http://forums.adobe.com/community/flashplayer

I hope this works for you.
