need help cant stream videos

hi,

(using google chrome)i can stream videos on youtube but can't stream videos on other sites(only get the loading circle but nothing plays)

websites like noobroom9.com sockshare.com nowvideo.com and others

i have tried uninstalling/re-installing flash player

disabling and enabling the plug ins

This just happened out of no where a few days ago i streamed everything fine and i didn't delete or add anything

then all of the sudden i cant stream anything besides youtube videos.

PLEASE HELP
