Hi,

I downloaded flash player (version 10.3 I think...the most recent one) and when I try to watch something, its not working. I have tried internet explorer, google chrome et firefox and it wasnt working. I read the FAQ and I think my internet explorer is version 8, 256 bits and I dont know how to put it 32 bits if its what it takes to make it work.

http://www.ewitraining.com/ ....this is the site...I click on protege tutorial and this text appears :

This course requires Flash Player version 6 or higher.

You may install the player plugin for free from Macromedia.
Click here to download or upgrade your browser's Flash Player.

Note: Once the plugin has finished installing, please close
down this browser window and restart the course.

I click on click here download flash and its still not working...I need help fast please!

Thanks you

It's the site that is not working, not your Flash Player.

Go to http://www.adobe.com/software/flash/about/ - can you see the Flash animation (rotating red 'F') and the version information beneath it?  If so, Flash Player is installed and working correctly.

If you need more help, please specify your operating system & version, including 32-bit or 64-bit.

Yeah I see the flash animation..that means the error is with the site?

Where can I find my operating system & version?

Since you mention Internet Explorer, you obviously have Windows.  Right-click on My Computer | Properties to get your system info.
