Need help with cam and mic on flash player..

Hello i have this problem i can't see my cam or my mic and it's not in use with another thing.. it's just that i can't selec mic or cam and i have cam and mic (i go to a web like "webcamtoy.com" and it's working my cam but why this doesn't not work? please help and thank you..

Chrome now requires all content accessing the camera and microphone to be served over HTTPS. The content provider will need to update their site to use HTTPS if they want camera/mic support to continue to work.

Alternatively, you can use a different browser.
