I have my player enabled and no ActiveX Filtering checked off but I still get issues that i need to upgrade my player. What can I do. can't watch any videos on YouTube or other places as well.

What browser?

I know It's IE (ActiveX) but what version? Because IE11 is a "rolling train wreck" and if that's the one you're using, it's the source of all your problems.
