New admin can't download flash player

I am new to this office, got notified to update flash player. I followed instructions but when I click on download icon, it says the name of my company(not an email address)

in a box, asks for password in another box. I have  no idea what the password was and there isn't an option for "forgot password".  I set up my own account in adobe.com but don't know how to link to the company.  I got into this forum with previous person's email address and password.
