New Flash Player Distribution

Hello,

I have been approved to distribute Flash Player in the last year and have an existing Adobe ID.  The Adobe ID was created at a previous time with the same email address that received approval for the license, however I do not see where to access the Flash Player files.  I am using the following link for reference:
