I've just unpacked and tried to set up my new Dell laptop. Allis working fine, but I cannot install and use Adobe Flash without it crashing. Doesn't matter what browser (IE, Firefox) I use, it still crashes. I've tried uninstalling and starting afresh, but am at a loss. Help!

What crashes - the installer, or the browser, when doing what?

it crashes when I try to watch video (whether in Facebook, Youtube or BBC iPlayer)

. In Firefox, it crashes to bluescreen immediately. In IE, the video begins to load, then the sound distorts, then it goes to bluescreen and crashes.

Try disabling Hardware Acceleration (Flash Player Settings).

If that doesn't help, upgrade the device drivers for your graphics/video/display adapter.
