New MacBook, Flash Plugin not working on my Magento Site. PLEASE HELP!?!

Hi, really hoping someone can help me , I've been working on this all day long and nothing is working.

I have just purchased a new MacBook Pro. I have a Magento ecommerce website for my business that I manage myself. I have installed Flash Player and have gone in to Safari preferences to enable it. But in my Magento admin panel, the BROWSE FILES button to choose and upload a new image, isn't working. It's visible, (wasn't prior to installing flash) but when I click on it, it does nothing.

I have performed a "clean install" by following the guidelines on the Adobe support pages.. but there's been no improvement at all.

Is there a Flash v Magento expert that can help my puny brain fix this please? I'll be your best friend!!!
