Next Steps? - Flash Player Tests Good, Won't Play

Install went smoothly.  The Flash Player troubleshooting page shows latest version installed on both Safari and FireFox.  The Flash test animation works fine.  I've been through the "enable Flash Player" steps for both browsers.  But when I try to run Adobe Lightroom videos, I get a black box.

Recent Mac mini running OSX10.8.4

Any ideas appreciated.   DJ

Exactly the same thing I am experiencing on Windows 7. Anybody know what's going on? I'm trying to view Adobe TV and I get the black box. If I uninstall Flash the video plays (assume via HTML 5) but the quality is terrible.
