I have a laptop on which audio does not work on flash videos. I went through all the steps stated on the adobe website but nothing worked for me. I have tried using Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer and still have not been able to get audio or sound in any of my videos. I can see everything fine but there is no sound on sites such as youtube. It works sometimes when I reinstall flash player but once I turn off my laptop, it starts again. Please help me i really need audio. THANKS!!!

Download this file: Deep_Clean.zip

Unzip it.

Double click the deepclean_set.bat file first.

When the Disk Cleanup opens, check EVERY box in the list, and click OK.

Double click the deepclean_run.bat file next.

A Command Prompt window wil open and then your Disk Cleanup will run. It WILL take a while, but it'll clean up a bunch of stuff from your hard drive, including old system cache files that are probably resetting your volume in your browsers.

Afterward, you can delete the zip file and the deepclean_set.bat file. You don't need them anymore. You may want to keep the deepclean_run.bat file as it can be re-used whenever you need to clean up your hard disk.

Do you have sound elsewhere? (other apps)
