No audio with Olympic Live Streaming

I am unable to hear anything with the NBC's live streaming of Olympic events.

I installed the latest version of Flash Player, Active X 22.0.0.210

I cleared cache

Chrome is up to date

Nothing seems to work

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
