No browsers recognizing flash

I have the latest version of Microsoft Edge 42.17134.1.0, chrome Version 71.0.3578.98 (Official Build) (64-bit) and firefox 64.0.2, as well as flash Version: 32.0.0.114, and I have "allowed" flash on all browsers, yet I still get this when I try to play a game.  Running win 10, 64bit with latest updates.  One chrome and edge, I get the screen below, in firefox, it just doesn't load.  Now, all of a sudden, winster is working on chrome and edge after not working many other times.  Still not working on FF even though it clearly states flash is enabled.   WTF?  Any suggestions?
