Instructions say check Content Setting for FP and to turn on/off etc, but Content Srettings does not show a FP.

    Are you using Mac or Windows, and name and version of Internet browser?

    If Windows 10 and either Edge or Internet Explorer, Microsoft has locked both browsers and totally controls Flash Player

    Search http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/default.aspx to find help for those two browsers
