No Flash Player on my EVO 4G

Question

My phone had a problem and Sprint replaced it. In the process, I lost all of my apps and contacts. Now when I download Flash and install it, all that is available is the Flash Player Settings Manager Mobile, not the actual program. I am guessing it is because the new phone has a newer operating system. Does anybody have a work around or solution?
