no flash support for vista and xp 64bit

Is there an alternative to using flash player 11?  I cannot watch my video tutorials (I could up until 2 weeks ago)  I do not want to buy windows 7, 64 bit at this time. what are my options?

    P.S. you should be able to use Flash Player on Windows XP 64-bit using a 32-bit browser.

    There is/was some erroneous information that Flash Player 11 is not supported on Vista 64-bit; that is incorrect: the latest Flash Player installer will install both 32-bit and 64-bit add-ons on Vista 64-bit.

    However, to the best of my knowledge, Flash Player 11 will only install the 32-bit add-on on Windows XP 64-bit.
