No idea what is wrong. (helpless customer)

Hello everyone,

So it happened when YouTube had it's little crash about a week ago and YouTube and any another video on all and any of my web browsers stopped working. I tried first steps that came up which was enable/disable the flash player in settings, try a different browser but nothing has worked so far and trying to find a solution has lead me to make sure the flash player is properly installed and updated. which I have checked. So any help will be greatly appreciated as I have no idea where to find the answer to this or what is the cause of it. thank you the replies in advance.
