No install button

New iMac macOS High Sierra version 10.13.4.  Using Safari Version 11.1 I have no Flash player on this. Trying to load Adobe flash player and when I go to install page the install button flashes for a second then disappears. Is this a known problem with High Sierra? How do I resolve and get the download?
