No Install Now Button?

My flash player is out of date but when I click to install the update, there is no "Install Now Button"

There is a warning that says if you click Install Now you agree to terms and service conditions….and I can click and open the terms, but there is no place to click to start the download.

The page says "Step 1 of 3" but there is no way to move forward.  I am trying to contact Adobe, but so far all I can link to is this forum thing.

Any help is appreciated…Thank you!!
