No picture or sound but i get the commercials ok

I have a vista 32 bit os.I just updated to the  latest version of flash player 10.0.32.18 installed.Now on wildearth.tv the video will not play but the commercial will play ok.It worked fine until i updated.Any help would be appreciated.Most people on the website chatroom for wildearth  say they have no problems with the new version  but a few have the same as mine.
