No Reponse for Flash Player Distribution

Please private message me the name and email address used to request the distribution license.  To send a private message, mouse-over my user ID link and click on the 'Message' button link.  Note that public email addresses (e.g. hotmail, yahoo. gmail, etc) are not allowed.  If you used one of these you'll need to request the distribution license again using your company/organization email address.
