No response for flash player offline installer

Question

Over the past two weeks , I have applied three times to receive the download for the offline installer for the flash player. I have checked my junk email and spam filter and have received nothing back from Adobe. I am in desperate need to update my flash player as the one I have installed now is violating security scans.

Could I please be provided a link to download the latest flash player or somone at adobe please look into my applications for the offline installer.
