no se cual contraseña me piden para la instalación

al tratar de actualizar adobe flash player me piden una contraseña pongo la de mi ID adobe y no me da y la de mi ID apple tampoco, por lo cual la descarga no puede ser realizada, ¡ayuda porfavor!... SE LOS AGRADECERIA ENORMEMENTE.

Me gustaría  que me colaboren con la contraseña ya que no me deja abrir ningún  archivo  gracias
