No Sound After Pause, or In Other Players

Question

I'm doing a rudimentary website for my programming class and part of it asks for a flash video. I have the video, but the problem is when loading in the sound, it only plays for the first run. If I pause the video and play it again the audio stops. If I export it and play it over some other player like QuickTime it also stops and just to be doubly sure I uploaded it to Youtube privately, it doesn't work there either. Is this a problem with Flash, or with the sound itself?  I'm using Adobe Flash CC, it's a Wav. Thanks to anyone who helps.

HiFrom the your description above, it doesnot appears to be a flash player related issue but rather a content problem (i.e. there is something wrong with the video.) since it is not working anywhere.As you said that you are using flash CC, did you create the flash video yourself?
