No sound flash videos online

Hello, I have big troubles watching videos online on all browsers: Youtube works fine, but on Metacafe and Wat I have the video but no sound. and dailymotion is not working. I have the latest flash player, i uninstalled it and download it again, doesn't change anything.

I need your help
