No Sound in Chrome

Anyone having trouble with no sound in Chrome? Windows 7, latest Flash Player, followed support steps on line. Nothing. Help appreciated.

First, I've heard that if you turn your speakers from quad to stereo this will fix it. It didn't work with me.

What I did is upgrade to the 64 bit version of Chrome since I found out that I was using a 32 bit one. http://softdls.com/google-chrome/download.php

The new m24 beta version of Chrome is also suppposed to address this sound issue.

Also having this issue, I think its likely the flash player for chrome since it update automatically.

try the things on this page with changing the flash player that's being used...
