No sound on Windows 10 various browsers

Is the sound issue limited to Flash Player, or is sound also not working in HTML5 video (e.g. Youtube)?

Here's how I'd approach it:

1. Reboot
2. Check any audio cabling, as applicable
3. Check the volume settings while sound should be playing, just to make sure something didn't accidentally get muted
4. You might need a driver update for your audio hardware.
