No sound with Flash 19.0.0.245 in Safari 9.0.1

Did all the Adobe Flash Player stuff. Uninstalled Flash Player (including manually removing Adobe folders / Internet Plug-Ins as suggested here in different postings) and performed a clean installation (several times). Cleared all Flash Player cache / settings.

Did all the Safari stuff. Cleared browsing history. Deleted website data / caches. "Allow all other plugins" unchecked / checked.

Still no sound.

Video is working fine!

HTML5 video and audio is working fine!

What now?
