Not a techie. Crash fears here. Can't locate RealPlayer to disable. Not in "manage add-ons"

Fearful of the inevitable CRASH if the RealPlayer is not disabled.  In the section "manage my add-ons" I do not see RealPlayer.........so now what?????

RealPlayer is nothing to do with Adobe. Go to their website instead.
