Not able to access local storage

Question

When I visit The Last Stand - Union City - Play on Armor Games I cannot access my local storage to save the game:

I have the most updated version of flash player but when I click on settings I cannot access my local storage and other features:

I looked on the Adobe support page and it should look like this:
