Not able to install flash player

Question

Hi all ,After downloading the setup file , once the installation is completed .. Flash player is still not working . Also setup file is getting disappeared . can someone guide me please ?

Please provide the following information:

Operating system version
Web browser and version
File name of the installer you are using
Is there an error during installation? If so, please provide a screenshot

The online installer is designed to delete itself after it is executed.
