Not able to install FP version 30 using Manage Engine

Hello,I am not able to install Flash Player version 30 through Manage Engine and i use the following  syntax to install."flashplayer30ax_xa_install.exe" -installThe error that i receive is - The extended attributes are inconsistent.I reached out to the manage engine support team and this is what they say about this : We have tested the installation of the file using the -install switch and other switches manually, but the software could not be installed silently. That is the reason we have requested you to reach out to application vendor to check on this.We are installing this on windows 7 64 bit computers with IE 11 on it. The same error pops up wven if i try to install it on chrome or firefox browser.Can someone please check and advise on this.

The online installer you are using does not support silent installation. It is only for UI installation and requires an active internet connection as it downloads and installs Flash Player silently in the background.

Sounds like you are attempting to distribute Flash Player within your organization. If so, you'll need to obtain a distribution license (free for the vast majority of use cases) to distribute Flash Player within your organization.

To request a distribution license, go to Adobe Flash Player Distribution | Adobe

While the vast majority of requests are processed immediately, it can take up to 2-3 business days to process. The approval email will come from noreply@adobe.com and contain an encrypted PDF file. Spam filters and/or perimeter email scanners have been known to block the email due to the encrypted PDF file. Please ensure your email rules are configured to allow the email to be delivered.

If you do not receive the email after 2-3 business days, check your spam/quarantine folders. If it's not there, private message me the Adobe ID/email address used to request the distribution license (including a link to this discussion topic for reference) and I'll follow-up with the licensing team.
