Not able to see a publication / Correct version of Flash enabled.

I'm running in my PC Win7 64Bit, Browser is IE10 and have installed & enabled Flash Player version 11.8.800.94, but when trying to browse a typical publication (in this case a walgreens preview shopper) that uses Flash, the screen turns a translucent grey and I'm not able to browse through it's content. May someone be of help? Thanks in advance 'n ...Blessings!!!.
