Not Recognizing Adobe Flash Player

My webpages tell me that I need to install/update Flash Player but when I follow the link to Adobe I am told that Flash Player is part of Windows 10 and up to date.

I've done that already. It says "Flash Player is pre-installed with Internet Explorer in Windows 10 and updates automatically." It still won't work on any of my web pages though.
